The audio format states in which audio format the movie or TV show was recorded in. Simply search for the desired entry, and select accordingly. You can select multiple values by clicking the “Add another item” button. This is necessary, for example, if you want to chose the format and the surround version (5.1 or 7.1).

While it's best to rely on official information when available, it's often stated in the credits what audio format was used.
