The status of the TV show is added in the Status field. It indicates whether a TV show is still running, has ended, or was cancelled. Select the value accordingly in the drop-down field. If you're not sure, don't know, or it's simply unclear, you can select - None -.

A TV show is considered continuing if it's still produced, and has nothing to do whether it is still aired on some TV stations or is available on streaming services.

A TV show has ended if the production is done and the story came to an end.

If a TV show was cancelled, no new season was ordered even though the story isn't considered finished. This may happen due to poor ratings.
